Mr. Martin is one of the greatest tutors. I had taken the North Carolina State section three times and had failed each time. Mr. Martin agreed to tutor me on a Thursday four days before I was scheduled to retake the state section of the North Carolina real estate exam and I passed. I am so thankful for him taking the time out of his busy schedule to help me.
Sam is an excellent instructor. He is organized, reliable, approachable and always available to give extra time to students in need of additional guidance. He has a solid understanding of distance education and how to work with students in a digital learning environment. He has excellent classroom management skills and knows how to keep students on-track and discussions moving forward in a constructive manner. Additionally, he is passionate about teaching critical thinking and has a firm grasp on how to teach critical thinking skills. His real estate appraisal textbook is stellar and makes appraisal approachable, even for the neophyte. He is an overall joy to have as a professor and to work with!
